Finally got my S 7420 back
I got an S 7420 fmtt a few months ago and a friend had a chance to get a lo pro 7 on trade and luckily understands my infatuation with ibanez and the good trems so he took it and I had it put in by Gary Brawer (the guy that works on Satriani's stuff in SF). I'm very happy with it. Now I just need to get the pickups in it. It sounds pretty good through my amp already but I already bought Dimarzio's for it... I'll get some pics up later...Chris

S7420? My brother says he has one of those. I've only seen it once, though. They seem rather rare.

They're not really "rare", but they arent nearly as common as RG7s certainly. They are great guitars though, I had the S7420FM and I think it was an incredible guitar. Super light-weight, resonant, a neck to die for, crazy-good clean tones, great neck lead tone. Just needed a better bridge pickup.
