NGD: My pants runneth over with Ibanez gravy.

I pre-ordered this back in Feb (about a week before I bought the purple 6 string version on a whim) and picked it up from the music store on my lunch break the other day. Not really much to say here besides I love this thing to bits.

The CAP-VM pickups are pretty good (but I'm running into an axe-fx, which is a lot more forgiving of rubbish pickups than my Mark V), the finish and fretwork are just outstanding, and the setup is fantastic as well. I dunno what Ibanez are doing to these indo factory workers but they're definitely on to something, this is nicer than any of the korean Ibbys I've ever played beyond any shadow of a doubt and the inclusion of a multi-tool that has all the screwdrivers/allen wrenches you need along with a tiny ruler for string height measurements is a fantastic idea.

Anyhoo, I know what you came here for.

Had to get its little brother in on this.

I'd still rather have all those things in seperate form, but it's damn great of them to include it just in case.

Having owned many guitar cases that sound like shrapnel victims doing cartwheels whenever I carry them anywhere from allen wrenches clinking around, I love having them all in one unit.

I actually went out and a set of allen wrenches in the same kind of configuration ages ago that has been one of the handiest things I've ever owned.

Plus I've always enjoyed handy little gadgets.

Yeah I like the fact that they include that with the premiums. I was pretty skeptical when I heard I the word "Premium", but have been pleasantly surprised. HNGD

Nice. I'm still a bit iffy about the premiums though, being that the price is so close to a prestige, I don't think I could convince myself to get one. Looks awesome regardless.

Where abouts are you in aus?

Getting creepy huh? lol

Yeah you were a couple of people in front of me in the line to meet tosin. I kinda liked the purple finish, as did the missus.

Anywho, happy NGD!
