S7420 neck dimensions?

Has anyone actually measured the neck thickness on their S7420? Jemsite has it as 19mm at the first fret and 21mm at the 12th fret but I wanted to confirm that, hopefully without needing to go buy a set of calipers...

well, I guess I'll have to trust the Jemsite specs...

I don't know exactly, but it's a little bit thicker than the RG7 necks (not much, though), and a little slimmer than most ESP or Schecter necks.

It plays very similar to an RG7's neck.

Nope, haven't measured mine. Of the 7's that I have played, it's definitely bigger than a UV neck, and ever so slightly bigger than a 2027. I personally find the S7420 really comfortable, but I've never been a fan if ridiculously thin necks anyway.

Interesting, I found my S7420 neck was slightly thinner than my UV. I'd measure it, but I sold it last week.

I should've been clearer, I was talking about profile rather than board width. It's definitely got a fuller profile than 7DT's PWH or Green-dot

Yep, still say my S was slimmer though, with almost a v profile. My UV has quite a full neck.

Yeah I absolutely love the profile on my S7420 and want to do something very similar on my KxK. It's really the one thing I'm nervous about on the KxK...
