True...
![]() It is a blessing and a curse. On one hand, it kills the gas, because it just isn't easy, or financial feasible, to find something that will meet the expectations I have out of gear now. On the other hand, I just don't get that excited about gear anymore. I used to get excited when the new Musician's Friend catalog came in, but now I am done with it after about ten minutes.

That S7 is just begging to be stripped and oiled. (That sounds so dirty!)
A mahogany headstock veneer would tie it together nicely, too. For less than $700, it's almost a perfect "beater" guitar. Too bad the trem isn't compatible with the Tremol-No™. ![]() |

I think translucent red would look sweet as hell on that Ibanez. That's assuming it's not like nine piece body.
Noodles, I know what you mean. after I got my first good guitar all the cheap shit I used to get excited over isn't so thrilling anymore.

It's more like a Trem-Setter and not a full bridge lock like the Tremol-No.

I liked the old K7, and I like the new one. Its a fucking seven string, be happy that Ibanez is making two new models this year.
If you don't like them, then find a used one, its always open for customization, haha.

I'm pretty shocked that everyone thinks this new K7 looks better than the old ones. I think the inlays are even more tacky and out of place. At least on the other one it had no inlays other than the K7 on the 12th. That guitar is just hideous.
BTW, the Lo Pro was discontinued in 2001, this is nothing new ![]() |
