The pic makes it look like it's got an ebony fretboard. I seriously wouldn't count on that though because Ibanez stopped doing ebony boards with the white and gold jem. It's probably too hard on their machines compared to rosewood :/
(the K7 btw...)

I think that kinda looks pretty cool, alot better than the old K7 though!

Its sad the lo-pro is gone, but theres alot of them out there and im assuming they still sell them seperate, so just get a custom body made with one like I am in the future, and it should be fine

The stars are amazing, but Im not a big fan of the cancer sign, but then again im not a cancer, maybe I would like it more if I was lol.. But everyone knows how much I love star inlays lol almost as much as blue quilt tops lol

Is it just me, or does the S look like a toy in that picture? Maybe it's the 22-fret neck combined with the smallish body... Anyway, put a fixed-bridge on that and I'll be happy, though I still prefer the RG shape.

And you can tell in the pic that that fretboard is rosewood.

The new K7 isn't too bad... i'm not crazy about the "cancer" inlay but it's less objectionable than the monstrous "K7".

But, um... the new S7? Holy crap. And it's selling at Ikebe for less than USD$700.

That's I N S A N E.

I want one for the trem soooo bad, but compared to what I have sitting around my house right now, I know everything else about it will be a disappointment.

When did I become a gear snob?
