extremely neck heavy. I have played it before and judging from my experiance with my DR7, the neck is heavy due to the large headstock and light body.

the cow is overall a very lightweight guitar. made out of different woods than the other dr7s. its all 'hogny and balanced differently.

Um, the COW balances perfectly. Not neck heavy at all. It's just like any RG in terms of balance. Extremely light-weight all mahogany setup.

All of the Japanese Jacksons tend to be much lighter weight than the USA's. My '87 Soloist is much heavier than an import SL3, and they're both alder.

I've never played one standing up. Nick says his balances perfect, though.

Yes, my bandmate Buddy now owns the guitar, but it definitely is super balanced. Playing it standing up is no problem at all. It balances as well as any UV or RG you'd find.
