FAASNGD!! (Finally An Agile Sentiel NGD)

Y'all know the specs, so lets get onto the pics...

"The Texas Twins" (Fraternal, not Identical)

The Family

I haven't been able to play it much, but so far I am very pleased with it. The feel of the neck is great, as well as the action... a bit better than the Texan. The tone is very strat-like, the bridge feels nice, but very stiff. I assume it will break in after a while... it's the first trem I have had in quite some time, so it is taking some getting used to. It does go out of tune pretty easily with the trem use, but it does feel like the strings are catching somewhere... I'm not sure if it's the tees or the nut. I'll be swapping the tees for rollers (I prefer them anyway for some reason), so we'll see if that helps. The finish is incredible... I love the vintage white... it almost looks like it has the slightest bit of green in it with some lighting. For my second Agile, I am very pleased with the build.

The only problem is that the HSS pickguard did not get shipped with it. I have emailed Kurt to let him know and see if he can hopefully ship one out. I hope so since one mod that I wanted to do was get a Rio Grande Tallboy bucker and coil split it, and then eventually finish it off with the tallboy singles.

Thanks everyone!

I was pretty meh on the Rondo pics as well, and wasn't sure about getting once since I haven't seen any ngd's on it before. But I said .... it... I want a strat like 7 and this is the best way for me to go. Plus, I was really happy with the Texan. After seeing it in person... it truly is a thing of beauty. Now I just have to get used to having a trem again!

It's Jimi Hendrix style!!! (You can tell by the way the strap is oriented)

Hope it doesn't come off as a downer, but it was owned by a good friend of mine that passed away. We started playing guitar together in high school. His wife wanted me to have it so I restrung is as a righty so I could play it.

Beautiful family shot. excellent collection.

A nice change from all the ultra-mega-metal guitars we typically get through here.

reckon that strap is orange enough?

Thanks! For some reason the "classics" just feel right to me, although I wouldn't mind having a Hornet or Ghost.. even a Warlock 7 would be pretty sweet.

And yeah... all of my guitars are pretty normal as far as color choices go, so I let my 4 yr old pick the strap color, and his fav color is orange.
