Ok.

So, on Musicians Friend, the Schecter C-7 Blackjacks are on backorder. My question is should I wait for them to restock the C-7's, or look for another guitar? I'd be looking for something in the $600 price range.

How about a nice used Ibanez RG 7620? You could get one on Ebae cheap. They are great guitars.

If he's lookin at schecters, he's probably looking at the extended scale. A Nice find would be something Like a RG7421XL or a RG2077 or something

That said. Dont settle. If you want it, wait for it or find another dealer.

I agree, don't settle. The Schecter is certainly worth waiting for.

You are the man! I have been on back order at musician's friend for the C7 Blackjack for over 2 months now. I just called zzounds and I will be recieving mine on Saturday. I got so discouraged about the situation that I stopped monitoring all the major online retailers. Thanks again for that post.
