NGD! Agile Septor 727 Pro EB White

My Agile Septor showed up today! Anyway, here are some pics of the beast:

DISCLAIMER - I suck at taking photos!!!!!

Once I spend more time with it, I'll post a review, but I have to say, I'm impressed! I have not recorded any clips of it yet, as I have to make a patch on the PODX3 that suits it better. In short:

a white guitar with an ebony board is just one of those things that's simple and elegant, and you can't really go wrong with it

Can I be nice and an asshole at the same time? That Agile looks awesome man. I have always had a thing for white guitars with ebony boards and black hardware. It's very simple yet elegant, you just can't go wrong. I'm looking at getting a 727 Agile myself but haven't decided on color or bridge type just yet.

On the other hand WTF is that picture in the background on the floor? Yeah, the one with the lion. That is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. Please tell me it isn't going back up on the wall and it was on the way out to the dumpster.

Thanks everybody! I'm loving the feel of the Septor as much as I love the look. I'm currently working on making a patch on the PODX3 that suits the Agile, as all my patches are set up for the Douglas.

I do have to address the question about the lion painting. My wife showed up with those paintings days ago, and told me they were for my daughter's room. I did tell her that they were ugly as sin, but she insisted that we keep them. Hey, the way I see it, my daughter will probably find a way to make them disappear herself....... She is a daddy's girl!

That white finish looks way better in your pics than the stock picks on the rondo website and the more I look at it the more it reminds me of Chris Broderick's white Ibanez.

Beautiful guitar. Love the finish. Congratulations!

But I have a question - is this a Septor Pro 727 or a Septor Pro 725? Because I don't see a 27" scale version of the Septor in white on the Rondo website.

This is a Septor Pro 727 (27" scale version). They had six of them in stock this month and of course they were all snatched up (mine was the last one of those six of course). Hopefully this week I will be able to take better pictures of it, as my crappy pics do no justice to it.

I will try to take some more pics this weekend. I don't have a decent video cam to make videos with, so no videos for now. As for the Hipshot + Seymour Duncan white Septor 727 Pro, be on the lookout. There will be some white Septor 727 Elites available by the end of this year.

Its a sick guitar isn't it? What do you think of the pickups? I got the same one in September and unfortunately i though the active cepheus pickups were really awful sounding. I just switched them out for the Seymour Duncan Blackout Phase IIs and it sounds AMAZING.

It definitely kicks ass! I agree, the pickups are lacking, but not bad for stock pickups. When/if you make clips of the Blackouts in action, let me know, because I'm thinking about getting a set for mine down the road.

Is the routing on this baby compatible with EMG's or passives?
I wish rondo music would make more guitars with passive pickups.
