...my brand new Ibanez RG 1527
i ordered it 3 days ago
they had the guitar not in the usuall royal blue finish
just in some special and limited finish called galaxy black
and i tell you it looks amazing!!

take a look:

i'm thinking of replacing the bridge pu with a dimarzio blaze custom
what do you think?

I like the Royal Blue but that Galaxy Balck is even nicer in my opinion.

How much do these Galaxy Black ones go for in the U.S.? Did you get it from the Guitar Center ?

The very cheapest you can buy the 1527 RB in the UK is £499 (approx $920 U.S.) and that's reasonable for a new Ibanez Prestige 7 with a hard case over here.

If i could import one of the Black ones from the U.S. to the U.K. for the same price i'd be very tempted but i fear that by the time i'd added shipping and Tax/Duty to the U.S. price it would be too expensive to be worthwhile.

Galaxy Black is not available in america, just standard black. I think Galaxy black is Japan only, or at best, Europ & Japan
