The AJ307CENT is Acoustic-electric, not electro-acousic. The RG2027X is electro-acoustic, as are some of the Japan only RG7CST types.

well since the subject is 7 String Acoustic I thought maybe that is what she was asking if we were talking about Piezo equipped guitars then I would recommend modding a guitar with graphtec ghost saddles.

This would be doable, but I'd need to have a luthier tell me if the holes in the top could feasibly be plugged and redrilled. The nut would be the easy part. The headstock would kinda look weird, but if you're not playing it out, no big deal.

Or maybe I'm just
You are nuts, but this is not a good example for proof!

I thought about the same thing with a 12 string, but some of the reading I've done leads me to believe that bracing on the top would not be ideal for the low string.

FWIW - the part is uber simple:

Code:
--------0-------
----------0-----
------------4---
----------------
-----2----------
---2------------
-0--------------
I could "fudge" it by doing it in two takes, but I like the sound of the B5 over the E3. I could also tune the guitar super weird so that it's BEAGBE for that *one* chord in the porgression.

...that the play is the tragedy, "Man"

That's exactly the reason I bought my Ibanez 307. I kept coming up with parts that I'd either have to fudge the recording, the tuning, or both.

I'm not sure if the Ibanez would be your thing. From reading your posts I'd say you have some pretty high end taste and although I like my 307, I'm not sure it would be high end enough for you.
