If it's not exactly what you wanted and you're not completely satisfied with it the way it is...SEND IT BACK!

I'm a huge fan of ash look (and I even like the look of the mismatched grains) but if it isn't exactly what you wanted, I wouldn't think twice about sending it back.

damn dude, i can understand the feeling of not getting quite what you wanted, but holy shit... send that thing back, I'm sure someone will enjoy it, but that is pretty ....ed up; lets see, wrong pups, wrong wood matched up, and to top it off, it has a skid mark!

I would send it back. that piece of maple doesn't look good to me, Im sure it's stable and everything but it doesn't look, plus you didn't get the tonewood you wanted, even though I prefer the look and sound of Ash to Mahogany.

anyways, like i said... i would send it back, then either get a refund or get him to apply it to something else he may be getting in. unless you're happy with it of course, in which case I would as for a partial refund at the least.

Alright, so I sent the guitar back, but he says that he's giving me refund.

So will I have to wait 'till Rondo has a Septor Pro natural satin in stock? WILL they have one in stock eventually?

I don't understand why I cant just get the guitar I ordered...

i've seen more ....ed up Agiles this month than i've ever seen before. it's funny, the prices of Agiles has gone up, but the quality seems to have definitely taken a step down

I think that's partially true, but I also think there's been a lot more NGD's in this last run than any I can remember.

those are all questions you need to ask Kurt. and also, have you asked him why you can't just get the guitar you ordered instead of a refund?

I emailed Kurt about it, but he hasn't responded yet.

If I end up having to wait for an ungodly amount of time, I might just do a custom. That or a Carvin...

man that sucks. i ordered one of those $99 spads from rondo about a month ago cause they were such a great deal...

i paid for the off whits one....

i got it and the neck was cracked....had to return it and settle on the purple one, which i dig, but it wasn't the one i originally wanted...i feel your pain dude. hope it works out for ya
