1) The guitar sounds great. Like I always say it can.
2) It's in tune. He might be messed up by the trem effect.
3) Production is actually pretty freaking good. Easily your best clip so far.

I think you're on the right track. The answer isn't endless gear searching, it's mastering what you have.
