New Rough Superior 2 recording
This is really rough, but theres not that mcuh processing going on with superior 2, the raw sound of it is unbeleivable!!! All ive done is filter some of the channels and compress some of the ambient mics. Snare and kick have a TINY bit of EQ.
I only got this this morning, but in comparison to superior 1 its just so much better. Each cd comes with 2 licence keys too, so if your lucky like me and have another guy in the band use superior 1, you can get the upgrade for £70 so in my case i got it for £35 ![]() Soundclick Still needs work, riffs are just made up at the point of recording, but let me knows what yous thinks! |

are you using that with the new Superior 2 drum kits, or did you load up the first version's kit?

That sounded awesome! Much more organic than the old Superior IMO. Which guitar did you use?
Ps. How do you get that "loose" and djenty guitar tone? I mean, the palm muted parts sound pretty different from what I usually hear, in a good way! |

Guitar tone is probably loose coz of the position of the palm mutes, its sort of inbetween djent and ring out. Bass might have something to do with it aswell. It's fairly easy when you get the hang of it, my only annoyance was that superior 2 isnt supplied witha drum map, so you have to make your own, takes a bit of time but not long, and thanks for listening everyone! sounds awesome! i really want a DAW that can take the "superior" programs...
are you using the good old fx boost + big bottom combo? how did you set the fx boost? how much bass, treble etc? your tone reminds me of tesseract´s uber-boosted sound ![]()
