![]() ![]() | New song PODxt/dfhs/reason4... Hey guys, After a while of not doing any music/recording, I recorded this in the last couple of days. This is the first time I've done any singing in about three weeks after having a fucking ear infection so some parts maybe a little dodgy. The song is called Get over it, I still need to add a couple of bits here and there and maybe add a solo section but the over all song is done. What do you think of the production? and everything else. All opinions welcome ![]() =WARNING= This track my contain elements of cheese. Cheers Greg. ![]() | wow...wow....fucking WOW! those are some sick ass riffs bro...well fucking done bro. The kick is extremely nice sounding! the snare is just a bit...i dunno...sounds different. It's a bit too dry methinks...could use some wetness...and that's not supposed to be dirty ![]() "I'm so metal I shit studs..." http://www.soundclick.com/friendforafoe http://www.myspace.com/friendforafoe2 |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | i really like the voice you have, theres not many bands that play metal with such a clear vocal. like the drum programing, thats where i get stuck. i just got ezdrummer and dfh last week and i still dont know how to add them into the recording. i just have the same beat going and me with my mouse changing the bpm and open/closed hihats. i think i need a software like sony acid with a getting started menu. VERY KILLER, I REALLY LIKE ALOT!!!! Son of Jor-El ![]() |

![]() ![]() | sounds great man but the snare is too loud or fat i don't know how to call it it just stocks way too much out comparing to the rest that sits very well together. |

![]() I'll try and get that sorted. Cheers. Quote:
Nice one dude, Thanks!, It dose take a little time to get used to drum programming the more you do it the more easy it is. Search for midi drum mapping for ezdrummer on google that may help you advance. ![]() Last edited by Greg Pope; 06-22-2008 at 05:15 AM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost | ||

![]() | Wow, man, wow. Very professional sounding and excellent song. The riffing in the middle of the song is sick. Very groovy stuff. And the kick is nice...and the drums sounds overall very natural. Great singing. Keep it up! |
