I think I'm gonna try and put some toms in during the little melody part for sure, I'm not much of a drummer (read, i don't know shit about drums!) so It'll take some playing around.

wow, you got that podxt to sound pretty good!

i've never used beatcraft, but i like the snare and cymbals. the sound of the kick i dont like as much tho, haha.

I agree, I think the kick could probably use a little bit more bass in it, i might go back and change it but I think the one that's there is fairly usable.

Do the drums sound realistic, as far as the actual "playing" goes?

I've never even attempted to play drums before and that's one of my main concerns, i don't want it to sound repetitive or unrealistic, but i've always been a poor judge of my own work lol.

for your first time that is a really good mix.
as for the drum sounds, i think you could make the snare sound a little more deep and fuller.. it would make the drums sound more realistic. they sound pretty good overall!
