New Cover - My Immortal (Evanescence)

Actually...I just recorded this last night at 3am. Very rough mix, but I'm here because I need advice. I FUCKING Hate the way the piano is sounding. Is there anything I could use in garageband to make it sound more realistic? I just recorded this so my girlfriend could sing over, so yeah...Let me know what you think.

Sukotuso is on a distinguished road
hey that sounds great. The piano sound is what it is, it's not awful. Sounds like a sequence, though?

Sounds good, the piano needs less pedal, a bit of EQ/compression...also try varying the velocities and timings so it doesn't sound so robotic. The guitars etc. sound real ice though buddy!

The piano isn't the problem, its the velocities. Pretend you are playing the parts, and think about how hard you could hit each note. Generally speaking, the last note will be harder then the 5 leading up to it.

That and depending on what you are using, there should be a tone knob (it makes it "plinky" or "doo"ey), pull it down.
