Hmmm... I've never had an enjoyable experience with Amplitube, but I'll definitely look to try this one out.

This sound very good, better than GR3 and on par but less tweakable than ReValver MKIII.

I disagree with the GR3 thing. The sound in those clips was horrendously 2 dimensional. Like, the distortions were really gainy (what GR3 lacks, IMO) but the sound itself was hollow.

Amplitube's clips are crap, try it yourself

I find GR lakes that raw sound, it always seems over processed and dark or something... To each is own I guess.

Yeah... I tried AmpliTube before, and other than my arguments above, I noticed that it seemed to get oversaturated quickly. GR does seem a little dark to me but I dig it. Just my taste, I suppose.
