![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | New tune - "Minnesota Mullet Contest" It didn't end up as a grind song unfortunately. I reused an old intro I really liked, except tuned it to drop A on my Ibanez S7320. The whole thing is the 7320 with the bridge nailbomb into the Stiletto -> Orange -> SM57 -> Edirol UA-25. I tried out a new mix on this one as well, a little bit more bottom heavy, a little less bright, to emphasize the groove. There are some barely audible strings in some parts I added for fun using Reason. The song is just in the idea stage right now so its only just over 2 minutes long - all my fucking patch cables have stopped working so I need to go pick up another one before I can finish it >_< _________________________ "Ah, she's built like a steakhouse but she handles like a bistro" - ZB My Soundclick Page |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | it sounds really dry to me, perhaps with some warm bass that would be helped. otherwise I think it sounds pretty good. is this double tracked? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | It's quadruple tracked, two tracks hard panned left & right, two more 75% left & right. I don't own a bass so the bass part is actually just a guitar played clean pitch shifted down an octave.. the bass tone is starting to kill me I think especially on the detuned stuff like this. |

![]() | I really like the tone man, I wish I had some money right now. about the mix I think its sounds good, the only thing I can think of is that I feel some kind of gap between guitars and bass. the bottom is there, maby its where the two elements meet sorta speak. good work! /D. He who seeks, is searching for something... oh jeah, really? |
