Need some help with Nuendo 3

I'm having some problems with Nuendo 3 that I'll try to explain. I've been programming all the drums with DFHS through Fruity Loops and then exporting all the individual drum tracks to Nuendo which has worked fine. The silly thing is when I go to record the guitar it records all the existing plus the guitar on the guitar track. Make sense? In other words, on the guitar track there is guitar+bass drum+snare+toms etc.

How do I isolate the recording so that it doesn't capture the drum tracks?

I've been tinkering around with it and can't seem to figure out the problem. This wouldn't be a problem except there is a bit of latency and it causes clipping because of the additive drums which create a sort of feedback loop and make the whole mix sound like shit.

Any help would be appreciated!

I think you use the wrong asio drivers. I got one that those a similar thing, it's a built-in one.
If it is the correct one, find a controlmenu for that soundcard and look for a solution there.

Why are you using dkfhs with fl? seems awkward doing like that when nuendo works great with dkhfs...

50 bucks says his soundcard is something like an Audigy 2 (or similar control panel). And another 50 says it's set to "What U Hear" and not "Aux/Line in"
Open your soundcard's control panel and set the line-in to the correct option.

I've had FL for a while and am used to that particular sequencer. I wanted to gain a feel for the post-production capacity of Nuendo so I just import the files I already had composed.

Interesting, I'll give this a whirl after I get off work today. I'll let you know how it goes. Thanks guys!
