New Songs! (DFH, XT, DFH, Bib)

Yo peeps!

Uploaded another song, well clip of one.
It's called "transcendent", let me know what you think of production, which is rough as it the song itself.
Really need to get hold of BFD whnen i get chance as it sounds loooots better.
Been experimenting with the drifferent drum kits on this clip instead of using the usual sonor, also tried a new differnet bass tone!

Yeh this is also another Meshuggah influenced track haha.

SoundClick artist: Elements (UK) - page with MP3 music downloads

shit, this was awesome man!
how do you get your snare to fit flat like that in the mix? Mine allways tends to pop alittle out of the mix!

i dunno man! I just mix till when my ears think it sounds good!
This turned out better than most previous mixes.

Cut lots of mids on the snare and boost the high highs.

first of all ... great stuff!

the sound is somewhere between periphery and tesseract imo.
i think i heard some volume fluxuations in transcendent - compressor caused perhaps or just something wrong with myspace.

the sounds are invader/podxt as your "rig" says or just podxt?

All sounds are just Pod xt at the mo,
Can't record the invader as my house mate is always at home!

That mystic lead is just awesome. Fits perfectly with heavier meshuggah-like-rythmguitars. Crushing and facinating. Maybe couple extra parts could boost the whole song to a new level. Now it 'only' got that cool lead and killer sounds. It's a shame that Myspace stream-thingy try to ruin every song with that shitty quality...
This would blow me away with decent mp3-quality.
btw. Great drums!

Hey man thanks alot!

Mypsace does ruin mp3's alot actually, when i finally get my arse into gear im gonna grab a different player as it would sound better.

Try the soundclick page for a better mp3 quality.
It's at 320kbps mp3 so it shouldnt sound as bad as myspace makes it.

Ta again for listening!

i didnt want to add more layers as i normally go over the top and it wont be possible live with 7 guitar parts haha.
