My band has started recording our demo.
and i didn't even know until five minutes ago.
 the bass and drum tracks for three songs are already finished. the other guitarist and i are going in before the end of the week to do all of the guitar tracks, and the singer will head in after that. look for clips in the future.

i went in with my other guitarist today to lay down some tracks.
he and i both threw down some rough tracks and experimented with a lot of different tones and stuff. its likely that nothing that we recorded today will end up in the final cut, but it will probably sound better because we will know what tones work together and what tones don't. it'll be a few weeks before the finished product, but i'll be sure to keep you guys posted. i have my second practice with this band tonight, at which point i will learn the others songs i don't know yet. i might be going back in to record on wednesday or thursday.
