Yeah, I'm still trying to find a balance there. I had my bass setting at 3 with the stock pickups, now it's at 7. The improvement in clarity (and everything else) compared to stock pups is humongous.

Yeah, i recorded something the other day and then realised i was using my lead sound (sans delay) and it still worked, whereas with the other guitars it always ended up too muddy and I'd notice.

Thanks! I'm still tweaking the tone constantly (which has seriously interfered with my practice time). I just recorded this to see if I was on the right track. I'm hoping I can get some real songs written and recorded soon.
