Is this really a "...And Justice for All" ripoff?

Some guys on another forum claimed that this song by me sounds like a total "And Justice for All" ripoff, and I really don't hear it. So what do you guys think?

Them fucks are on crack, dude. It doesn't sound like that at all. Maybe a bit of the "feel" of 'One', with the clean/heavy bits, but it sounds like its own thing.

I can see how the lines might be connected to the intro stylings of AJFA the song - but barely. Youd really have to listen to it like

Neat song though man - thrash stizzyle.

I was a bit confused when they said it, and even listened to the song, because I hadn't heard it in a while, and I didn't really think they were that similar.

It sounds metallica influenced... reminds of a mix of like, Orion and Call of Ktulu, with iron maiden if i had to choose, but on the whole, it sounds like no song from them in particular.

I'm gonna have to agree with everybody here. It has a solid Metallica influence, but I wouldn't say that it's copying them in any way. Definately a bad ass song though

+1 here - sounds Metallica influenced but in no way like a rip off or anything. For the record... there are plenty of idiots out there that like to say, "That sounds like ------!" to everything they hear. Just ignore them. I don't know if it's that they're jealous you can write music and say that to put you down or whether their brains are just wired for instant association. Either way, you'll always get these types of comments at some point or another. In my last electronic project someone online once said one of my songs sounded like a song from a band I never even heard of. I was like, "Umm, ok... and? I've never even heard of them".

I think they're referring to how the intro sounds like "To Live Is To Die" 's intro.
