I just noticed my master mix is lacking a bit of volume and I'd like to find someone to re-master our material.
Anyone interested? |

Do you mean lacking in peak volume or overall volume?
Who mastered it before? My band - Ex Curia - Prog metal in an Opeth meets Machine Head kind of way Difference Engine Productions - My recording and mixing business. Difference Engine Productions |

Usually means the mix could be better. Simply making it louder will not have a positive effect on the final sound.

^ I'd say it kinda does, but yeah - the better the mix, the louder it can be pushed before it starts sounding bad, in my experience. So unless your mix is top notch, I'd settle for slightly lower level.
I'd like to help but I can't master any more than turning up a limiter

Actually the mix is quite good and I am very pleased but it lacks a bit of volume compared to other tracks I've listened to. That's the only "issue" I see here.
