First 8 string song, need help!

I've been working on this song recently and I'm not quite satisfied with it, drums inparticular. I tried using reverb on the snare and it helped alot but it still sounds very thin.
Any pointers well appreciated! Thanks : )

There are also a few spots i need to tighten upp and I am aware of them.

your kick could use more cutting. i hear a lot of sub in there. also try a little harder compression to tighten it up and not let it wobble around.
the snare is pretty quite. but from what i can hear of it it sounds good. but can´t be entirely certain till it´s louder.
the guitars could use a little lowering around 500Hz.

Exactly the kind of reply i was hoping for thank you! I'll try that! The other guitarist and I are going to finish the rest of the tracking and re-tracking tomorrow and I will hopefuly send the full song up for critique after this weekend. : )
