I really like the song, but the cymbal accenting your snare in the intro is killing it for me (I almost quit listening to it - I'm glad I stuck it out).

Haha...cursed drums. Glad you liked it. Any thoughts about the tone? I "pretended" to use two guitars, each double tracked and panned full left and right with varying volumes. So in fact most of this is just Quad tracked.

i'm pretty happy with the clean tone i used for this, i should do a piece that is centered on it just to show it off a little. :P The trick was adding a compressor, really makes the pick attack pop.

get it on amazon! thats what i did, its only 160 bucks. also the expansions are only 39 for the smaller ones and 79 as opposed to 89 and 179. do itttt!!!!

the thing for me that I don't like about this track is the drums. your tone is pretty decent! but in most of your songs the drum always sounds the same and never seems to improve

do you use the mixer with superior 2 to mix your drum tracks? you can always send them to seperate tracks within your DAW and from there, mix them as you please (I prefer it like that)

Also, if you have some spare cash lying around, I strongly recommend you check out ezx metal machine (expansion for ez drummer) in my opinion that is the best sounding kit! And it's pretty inexpensive as right now there is an ebay dealer that has this massive sale going on

your song is well written however! Good job

If you can't get your hands on Superior Drummer, try the Metal Machine expansion for EZDrummer. I think it sounds much better than the drumkit from hell
