Deleting presets in Cubase 5 ?

So, I guess some of my VSTs are corrupted or something, because everytime I accidentaly load an effects preset that I made, it crashes.

Basicly I want to remove these presets:

Is there a folder where I can find these and manually deleted them? I haven't found one. Also, I can't delete them from this list, because if I select one to then chose "delete preset" it crashes my cubase (not all of the presets do this, mainly the POD ones.)

I tried asking on the cubase forums but.. I could'nt find the "new thread" icon -.-

I switched from reaper to cubase, and I haven't tried studioOne yet, I have the cd that came with my presonus, could always give it a try. But I'm pretty content with cubase at the moment

Really? Which version, 1 or 2? Because 2 is absolutely astounding...

Although, there is no real major difference between the two, other than S1 has less fluff.

Cubase is a splendid program though!

As to deleting presets... If you're on Windows 7, make sure you can view hidden files and folders.

Go: C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cu base(whateverversionyou'reusing) and there's a folder called presets there

My band - Ex Curia - Prog metal in an Opeth meets Machine Head kind of way

I think it's the most recent version, I didn't find it quite user friendly, maybe it's because I had gotten use to cubase

This directory you gave me is good, but my custom presets still aren't there Looks like I'm gonna uninstall/reinstall

Don' you have your project folders somewhere, like in My Documents or something? You know, when you create a new project, you save all the files in it to a particular location on your comp, a particular Project folder? Sorry I can't give a more detailed reply, I don't have access to my computer right now.
