About recording with video?
hi everyone.
i was just wondering how everyone is able to record there music direct and still have themselves recorded on camera. are you guys using a special program? i am hoping to post of some videos of my own but using the zoom hd4z or whatever you call it, recorded the sound horribly. any help will be repped.

ah i see.
![]() i was hoping for some magic program that did it all, but figures you have to sync it. i was planning on doing that but was too lazy to do so. thanks again |

The easiest way to sync it I've found is to put in a count in... and hit some dead notes along with the last two beats of the count in. That way you can start by lining up the audio of the video to the audio of those two clicks
![]() It just stops you from having to make a clap when you've already recorded the song. Also, doing solos as an actual recording can look really cool as well.
