Here's something I recorded today. I've got two versions, with different intros, so tell me which one you prefer. Also, tell me what you think about the rest of the track.

Hey good job!, i prefer the second intro. i love the lead tone on the first solo, very smooth. my only negative comment would be that the volume seems to drop when the heavier distortion kicks in and it also sounds kinda fuzzy, maybe back off the gain a bit?

Thanks for the feedback. I always have some difficulties getting a good rhythm tone when recording, so that's probably why the distorted part didn't sound so good.

listning to it again i think if you double tracked the distorted rhythm part at the end and paned each recording hard left and right, with the solo center it would sound better.
