Problems with Pod Farm

I sent my computer away to get fixed and got it back yesterday after work. I turned it on and all of programs were still installed, music was still there, etc. I figure this is good and I can just plug into the Tone Port DI and record some riffs!

Boy, was I wrong.

Every program EXCEPT Pod Farm works. How interesting. I get this message:

"POD Farm 2 detected a TonePort DI-G connected to your computer, but a POD Farm 2 license was not found on the device.

POD Farm 2 will not produce audio.

You must purchase a POD Farm 2 license for your TonePort DI-G at the Line 6 online store."

Okay, hold up. I was using this before it was sent away. I don't have a license key because it was one of those "eligible for free upgrade" deals. It came with all the packages for free.

I thought, "Okay, I will update everything through the Line 6 Monkey" the way I did in the past!

Line 6 Monkey -> Optional Add-Ons -> Highlight POD Farm 2 -> Activate Purchase -> "refresh" for activation (or license) key.

It loads for a while and says, "Please close any currently running recording programs, then disconnect the USB cable from your TonePort DI-G, wait 5 seconds, and reconnect the USB cable." I do that and it says, "Transaction complete!" Awesome! I can plug in and--- wait, why isn't there a green check mark beside Pod Farm?

I plug it in and get the same message as before...

I've tried searching several things through Line 6 to find out what the .... is going on, but so far nothing. I am not paying for ..... I had this installed once and went through a bunch of bull.... to get it to work. I finally got it working, used it for several months, didn't use it for two weeks, and now it's all wonky again.

Someone please tell me I'm forgetting something incredibly simple. Line 6 Monkey has updated everything, but will not update Pod Farm 2, even though it says it has. I don't want to have to get rid of this. I lost a bunch of money from selling the first Tone Port I had...

EDIT: Oh, I had to register it again and it does not show a license key in my Line 6 account. Line 6 Monkey even shows I still have Metal Shop, FX Junkie, etc. This is so lame.

Well, I asked on Line 6 and some random user said I was only using Pod Farm 1. I guess he knows more than I do since he obviously has access to everything on my computer.

I don't know what I did before, but I had Pod Farm 2 and it was free. All of the add-ons were free.
