UX2 Crapped out. Need a new interface. Suggestions?

Title says it all. I need a new one. Reccomend me a good one!

Criteria:
Resonable Price
FireWire is preferable
Outputs for my monitors
Headphones Out
Low Latency

My chain goes from my guitar to my ENGL E530 preamp which has the lineouts going into the interface line in and then cab impulses and other effects.

I would recommend a Steinberger CI1 and an obtained piece of DAW software... it's only $100, and although it comes with Sequel it kinda sucks. I use mine with Nuendo and love it.

then I got a star named after her (I know that shit is a hoax, but she's gonna cream herself over that shit). -kerska

Heard the Focusrite stuff is decent...maybe like the Saffire Pro 24. I have an Apogee Duet, which is simple and sounds great, but maybe more then you want to spend.

I had the Firestudio for a few days. It did not agree with my computer.

Have you looked into a M-Audio Profire 610?

apogee one - it has 90% of the quality of the apogee duet but its like half the price.

apparently the duet has sound quality that is better than the presonus firestudio project.
