Line 6 Tone Port (not the Guitar Port)

Anybody have any experience with either the Line 6 Tone Port UX1 or the Line 6 Tone Port UX2? What's the main difference? Is it just in the interface?
I no longer have an "at home amp" and I've been looking for something to do a little home demoing(for both my own stuff and with my main band). I also don't really want the hassle of lugging my 1/2 stack back and forth between practice and home and micing it up just to do some demos.
I've always been a Line 6 fan and I dig the sound samples on Line6.com.
I'm pretty sure I'm going to order either one or the other this week. And I'd like something that can handle guitar, bass and vocals and be relatively inexspensive.
Thoughts? Opinions?

I have the UX1 and it's great. You will want to get a GOOD pair of headphones when you get one. The difference between the two is merely more inputs and cool little gauges that are useless.

Have you noticed any latency issues with it?

Luckily no latency on my 800 MHZ G4 iMac w/768 MB RAM, although it slows down my computer a lot. I'm waiting for Line6 to release the update for compatability with Intel Macs so I can try it out on my uber fast Macbook.

Yeah, the difference is tht the UX2 has...

1) More I/O
2) Volume Meters
3) Padded Instrument Input
4) Phantom Power

Unless u need phantom power or the s/pdif out the UX1 will do the job.

Edit - No latency issues so far. Although when used with certain Intel Chipsets u might experience a lot of white noise and sudden volume pops. Tht can esily be fixed by purchasing a USB hub.

Alright, if I get time in the next day or so I'll go against my will and slow down a bit for another clip.
