No, but it does mean that Huckabee is required to secure permission and pay royalties to the artists for use of their music. Most people don't understand that when you go see a cover band, the club is paying a fee to ASCAP for the right to use that music.

Doesn't get talked about much, but members Fleetwood Mac weren't real happy with Bill Clinton using "Don't Stop Thinking About Tomorrow", either.

Maybe these folks should just think about securing the endorsement of the artists BEFORE they decide to use a song? Call me crazy....
