No one is. This is politics.

The one thing I can say, though, is that Obama uses the standard tactic of leaving out information. No one is going to provide you with details on their competitor's plan, though. Hillary is distorting the truth, which I feel is more underhanded, and smacks of desperation. These are the same sort of tactics that Romney is using against McCain.

I'm not saying either is right, but Clinton is more in the wrong. Which makes it even funnier when McCain/Clinton would be a far more reserved race, without the attacks and dirty politics. I have no idea where he is getting this from, since the Democratic race has been even dirtier than the Republican race.

The Clinton camp's claims of a victory, after spending weeks retreating from a much stronger position vis-a-vis her other competitors, reminds of the story told by John Kenneth Galbraith of debriefing the German Albert Speer at the close of World War II. How was it, Galbraith asked, that Speer knew his Germans were losing? It was, Speer replied, because the glorious victories of the Fatherland were growing ever closer to Berlin.

Yeah, that makes more sense. The funny thing is, she is making all the same sort of mistakes that George Alan made when he lost to Jim Webb: negative campaigning, a racist guff, incumbent arrogance, and a constant insistence that she is the only one with the proper experience for the job.

Experience is meaning less and less every day. People are growing tired of the "experienced" politicians who fucked up our country. At this point, Obama's inexperience in Washington is becoming his greatest asset. If he fights McCain the same way, he'll probably win.
