I think they've been wrong all along, actually, since they're basing their analysis on the assumption that Clinton is more liberal than Obama. This is only true of her health care plan, and nothing else. Either way, that chart gives me hope.

I think Edwards hasn't declared because he is waiting for the winner to pick him as the VP.

Actually I hope Edwards isn't the VP candidate. If it's Obama, like I'm really hoping for, I hope he goes with Biden, Richardson or Clark or someone similar. Obama needs an experienced VP like Kennedy had. Edwards would make a fine Attorney General however.

The rumors I've heard are he's going to come out for Obama. He's basically got to do it by tomorrow morning though, if he's going to have any impact. And, in fact, a surprise announcement tonight or first thing tomorrow would throw a LOT of momentum in Obama's corner... However, the fact word hasn't leaked yet isn't promising...

I agree completely. I've been saying all along that Biden or Richardson would be perfect VP's for either Obama OR Clinton, god forbid.

I agree. Edwards would be one of the best AGs we've seen in years. Decades even. However, you know that he is going to wind up VP.

You sure, Dave? I never really thought about it before, the the office of the Attorney-General is where we've seen perhaps the majority of Bush's abuses over the last 8 years. Taking the AG spot would give Edwards the opportunity to undo a LOT of wrongs, as well as giving him some valuable experience for an election a decade down the road.

I know, but these things never work on common sense. He is the obvious go to, since he is popular, and has stayed out of the mud slinging.
