Obama just said that saying illegal immigration is responsible for unemployment rates in inner cities is just scapegoating.

I was really happy the way the debate went, i will stand behind both Hillary or Obama for the nomination.

I really like the question at the end, would you pick the other up as a running mate? And they both basically said yes.

I really like how both the candidates did tonight, my heart is still with Obama thought.

Yeah, but does it need to be dealt with before the Iraq War, the Afghanistan War, health care, the environment, the oil industry, the Bush tax cuts, the economy, the budget deficit, the trade deficit, the housing market, the job market, and education?

Am I the only one who finds it cruelly ironic that the very people we're concerned about illegally crossing our borders, are the very people who actually originated from this continent? The simple fact of the matter is that Bush originally made a big to do about securing the border to prevent terrorists from sneaking into the country. When that no longer held any political currency, it magically became a problem with migrant workers stealing American jobs. Preposterous. Bush puffed himself up and said something stupid, and all the sheep in Congress immediately latched onto it. Now it is a election year issue. It wastes time that could be spent debating issues that matter the most right now, and this is just another Republican diversionary tactic. It holds only a little more water than abortion, family values, and gay marriage.

If the members of our government actually thought it was as important as they say it is, something would have been done about it a long, long time ago.
