Freezing the already-low premiums paid to doctors who actually do the work is CRAZY. the Dems are right, you need to take on the (highly lucrative) insurance side of this issue, and not the care providers.

My girlfriend's father is a doctor who left the HMO he was with due to borderline corruption in their practices, so I can't see this improving the situation in any way, shape or form.
