I have no doubt of that, sadly. His NFL career was just short of a bust, but he was one of the premiere college athletes of all time. Someone connected with VT will be his meal ticket when he gets out.

Vick is scum, and always was. He should fit well in prison, after he figures out that people won't be bowing to him.

Lots of famous people live beyond what they make in income (salary and endorsements). Plus they usually don't get all the money at once so they borrow to afford their big houses and fleets of cars.

Its hard to tell how many dogs the guy killed - Im not sure 23 months is a long enough sentance. I men consider this - What if one of us walked over the the neighbors and blasted one of their dogs? How long of a jail term do you think you would receive? Probably more than 23 months...

I just hope they don't allow his state jail term to be served concurrently with his federal time.

Animal cruelty is a misdemeanor where I live. So a small fine and pay to replace the dog.
