I would assume that even though it plainly appears they were jobbed for the cash (729 days instead of the magic 730) that they will get their benefits. They shouldn't have been jobbed in the first place.

IMHO, whether someone joins the military to blow shit up or to protect our borders, under any fucking cockbag of a president, they shouldn't have to pay taxes for the rest of their lives.

That is the lamest shit I have ever heard of. Saying that Bush is the worst president ever is kinda like saying Rosanne Barr sang the worst rendition of the national anthem ever: the person in second place got blown out in such a landslide, that one is simply stating the obvious.

The person approving the orders more likely than not didn't have much say in the matter either, it's likely some Congressional mucking around (riders snuck-in on some other unrelated bill, funding games, policies, etc.) that forced or made the 729 day orders the least bad option.
