There has been no appreciable improvement in drug related casualties since the criminalization of drugs, demonstrating without a doubt that certain people are predisposed to addiction, and will do whatever it takes to secure the substances they require. Jail overcrowding and a backed up criminal judicial system would see substantial relief if we were to stop trying and imprisoning people for victimless crimes. | |
