Such reckless disregard for her own childs safety

, she should've pulled over...atleast her child would still be alive and all she would have is a charge for dangerous driving which is nothing compared to the death of her baby.

My brother was telling me how some woman got behind him. and because he wasn't going fast enough for her (he was doing the speed limit - 45), she started getting all up on his ass, road raging, flicking him off, screaming at him, and riding his bumper.

So he slammed on bis breaks.

Bitch slammed right into him. All up under his bumper. She said, "You stopped right in front of me? Waah!" He replied, "Didn't you see that squirrel?"

Point is, and he told her this, she wasn't maintaining assured clear distance. He told her she'd get cited, and sure enough, when the cop showed up, my bro told he he stopped suddenly, and the cop said basically, oh well. She shouldn't have been so close. Assured clear distance. She got cited.

Here's the kicker (and what my bro couldn't see until after the accident) - dumb woman had two little kids in the back of her car. Thank God they weren't hurt, but better she learned (hopefully) now, before she kills those kids.

Awful story, BTW.

Hope the mother spends the rest of her life mourning her loss.

I wonder why she thought running from the cops was a good idea.

It was probably something stupid like she had a few unpaid parking tickets or she had to rush home to see American Idol at the cost of her child.
