When ever I hear about these things happening, my opinion of human kind dwindles further.

I remember a couple of years ago when a new Primark opened up in London. People literally trampled each other to get in. They physically hurt people to buy cheap shit that they'll wear once then throw away, how ....ing disgusting.

With all the problems and bullshit going on in the world, being the first to have some new piece of shit should be the least of peoples worries.

I worked in a shoe store for several years in highschool and college. Those shoes are nowhere near comfortable enough to justify their price tag or ppl hurting each other to pay that much money to be slightly more comfortable than if they were barefoot.

I used to have 2 pairs of Air Jordans and 10 pairs of limited edition SB's. I sold all of them and bought my Carvin 747, a set of Dimarzio's, and 2 pairs of regular Converse chucks. I am a lot happier now!

I spent 100$ on a pair of nice leather steel toe boots. Last me 4 and a half years till I needed to have the sole reglued. I really don't understand this at all- but I guess these folks don't understand my need to gear whore either.
