Work Safe vid*. This shows the police reponse to a simple citizen request for a complaint form, which their policies clearly allow for.

This seems to be in keeping with police attitudes that I've personally encountered at times. Thoughts?

Hmmm.

Assuming nothing was edited out of this video (ie. him yelling and sticking his hands in the officer's face) that's pretty corrupt.
