![]() ![]() | Heaaalpp! How should I strip my 1527 with Chemicals? I allready tried 3 different "paint" remover.Didn't work...What kind of Laquer/Material is the clearcoat?? I am going to do a Swirl job ,and want to "supercharge" the Basswood body with epoxy-resin ,and reinforce the neck with carbon since I scalloped it... Thanx for the helps in advance! ![]() |

He posts under Tonar8353, and highly recommends a chemical stripper from Eldorado Solutions ("3031"). Here is the thread: Stripping a poly finish?
