So I just received my Blackouts, and a thought before installing them
Why, if these are the only "passive" sized pickups for seven strings, do they have the connection-of-quickness (since another active company owns the name "quik-connect
 ), but have no connection-of-quickness wiring? Are there legal implications if they offer it with a system that mimics......other active companies connections?But  to the fact that they give you 4 pots, and two caps (so you can run 2vol, 2tone, but you aren't limited). |

They just included the connector so that you could easily swap from EMGs

They both utilize the same circuit board, so it would be silly not to include the plug on the bottom. Plus, we have the foresight that we may not be the only ones making passive sized 7's forever.

Do you plan on releasing a connection harness type wiring in the future? I just got these wired up, and realized that I may not try the neck/bridge combination juxtaposed (bridge in neck, vice versa)
