![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Pickup Brand choice for next run Agile 7 string Well guys, the Dimarzio assholes won't make more blazes for Agile guitars, as Kurt stated in another thred, so, as said by him, it's time to vote for a pickup brand for the next run of Interceptors. As said before, Kurt could talk with "major powers" of Dimarzio instead of the reps, and see if they'll send more Dimarzios or not. I personally, send my vote for the emgs, because it's the ultimate metal pickup, and is a great chance to have them without routing the guitar. The next model would look something like this, and I guess that this guitar is one of the best-looking ones I've ever seen (despite the inlays, painted neck and neck stripe screwing that gorgeous top ) Everyone here seems to have Dimarzios, time for a change? |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Stock routed EMG's would be outstanding.Right now there aren't many options for actives on sevens out of the box. Off the top of my head, the only two that I can come up with (though I've had zero coffee today) are the Carpenter ESP and the Hellraiser, for mass-market affordable axes. And I like the inlays on that Ibanez. Sharkfins are oldschool, dude. ![]() :: chrisquigley.com :: Sevenstring Registry :: Share Your Music :: Share Your Patches :: Sevenstring.org MySpace chmod +ax /bin/laden |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | I have an 81-7 bridge and 707 neck in my LTD, and I must say I like the Dimarzio's in my JP better...different guitars definitely though, probably accounts for some of the difference |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | ^ Sorry dude, but I'm with Eaeolian. EMGs are cool and all, but I want to be the guy to decide whether or not the guitar should have giant routes. Passive should come stock & if you want EMG, you can have it done. Damnit man, just get the Hellraiser you've been creamin' over. ![]() |

Damn you all! You can buy 982374928347329 sevens with passives and route 'em. I think another off the shelf active option would be nice, and sell well. | |
