 | SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME WITH A WEIRD PROBLEM!!!! I have a ibanez rg570, it started making a loud hum when i would plug it up, i thought it was my cord but it was'nt, i had my local guitar shop put in all new switches and when i got it back home it was still humming loud. what else could it be it is pissing me off big time....HELLLLLLLLLLP SOMEBODY  |

| I think there is a good chance that it is being caused by your choice of font in your post.  Are you sitting on a PC under a fluorescent light while in front of the tv? Grounding problem maybe? |

| last night i checked all of my wires and they seemed to be connected good. i have another guitar that i hooked up to make sure that there was'nt any problems with my amp, however it did do something weird, i was holding the guitar and moved it around a little and at a certain point it got quiet like it should be. does that make any sence? oh yeah and how do you post pics of your guitars etc...thanks everybody that is trying to help me out with this problem... |

| Wierd, that really sounds like your cord is picking up interference. Perhaps one of your tubes has gone microphonic? or both guitars need shielding? | this is a weird problem huh...i tried moving my amp to another room with no tv and still no winner...the only thing that i can think of is maybe something is wrong with the pickups.... |
