![]() | yeah ? how the fuck do i fix it ? ive been trying diferent wirings with no result, my last test was to only connect the bridge pickup, position 5 full sounding, position 4 coil split, volume decreases but not drastically so i think its ok, position 3 full sounding, 1 and 2 obviously no sound. so the problem is when connecting the neck pick up rigth ?? at least im free to die |

to fix it, ibznorange is right: switch the green and white wires with each other, and switch the red and black with each other. but only do this on _one_ of the pickups, not both. it doesn't matter which one. and in your case, it doesn't have anything to do with the magnets--that's why i asked if you were getting any hum. you said you weren't, so your magnet polarities are cool.
