Carvin DC200 Wiring and finish questions

I just got a used Carvin DC200 last week that's pretty loaded. Its all natural (tung oil body and neck) and is cool. It also sounds great! I know... I need pictures! They will come shortly...

Anyhow, I do have a couple of tech questions. Most importantly, this guitar came equipped with the Fishman piezo bridge, but the wiring scheme is stupid, IMHO. I guess I got spoiled with my JP6, but I really would strongly prefer to have a stereo jack with both outputs coming out. The thought of having two cables coming off of one guitar seems crazy to me. I haven't pulled off the back plate yet, but I'm hoping that it is possible to replace the piezo-only jack with a stereo jack so it can behave like the JP6 and I don't have to have a different setup for this guitar. Does anyone know of any technical reasons why I shouldn't be able to rewire in this fashion?

My other question is more about general woodworking. The guitar is currently finished with tung oil for the neck and body. I really love the feeling of my gun stock oil and wax treatment on the JP6 and was wondering if it would be OK to just clean the neck with lemon oil and then give it the gun stock oil and wax treatment? Is this OK or will it cause a problem with the tung oil already on the neck? If that's a problem would it be OK to re-apply tung oil? I want to do this for the body too (tung oil, that is). I've been waiting to take pictures until after I've had the chance to really give this guitar a good cleaning and oiling, so you seeing pictures of this beautiful axe depend on how quickly I can get answers to these questions!

Thanks in advance!
